4 Frequently Asked Questions

How do I import existing members?

Go to Members → Import. Upload a CSV or Excel file with columns: name, email, phone, membership_tier. The system auto-maps columns and validates data. You can preview before confirming.

Can I customize membership tiers?

Yes! Go to Settings → Membership Tiers. Create unlimited tiers (Student, Standard, Corporate, Founding, etc.) with custom pricing, benefits, and renewal periods.

How does the AI Document Intelligence work?

Upload any document (CNIC, NTN certificate, invoices, MoUs). Our AI pipeline extracts text, translates Urdu↔English, classifies document type, and auto-fills the relevant forms. 99% accuracy on Pakistani documents.

Is my data stored in Pakistan?

Yes. All data is stored on servers within Pakistan, fully compliant with FBR, SBP, and SECP requirements. Enterprise plan also offers on-premise deployment.

How do I set up payment collection?

Go to Settings → Payments. Connect your PayFast, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Stripe account. The system auto-generates invoices, sends payment links, and tracks collections.

Can non-members post tenders?

Yes. The Marketplace module allows external organizations to post RFPs/tenders. Your members can then bid on these opportunities, creating revenue for both parties.
