1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AMS Platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Subscription & Billing

All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
Billing cycles are monthly or annual as selected at signup.
PKR is the base currency. Multi-currency billing available on Growth+ plans.
Late payments may result in service suspension after 15 days grace period.
Refunds are issued on a prorated basis for annual plans only.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Upload malicious content, malware, or spam
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Resell or redistribute the Service without written consent

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of AMS Platform are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your content remains yours; you grant us a license to process it for Service delivery.

6. Data Protection

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We comply with Pakistan's Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016, GDPR, and applicable data protection laws.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance occurs during low-traffic hours with advance notice. Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees with 99.98% uptime commitment.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
